COMPORTA BEACH & GOLF RESORT
For the Comporta Beach & Golfs Resort project, Guideline delivered a fully integrated communication solution, aligned with the premium positioning and identity of the development. Our scope of work included the design and development of the official website, as well as the production of promotional videos created to enhance the presentation and visibility of the resort across multiple channels. We also developed a comprehensive set of stand communication materials, including flags, roll-ups, outdoor advertising, stand decoration, and other graphic supports, ensuring a strong, consistent and impactful visual presence in commercial and promotional environments. In addition, Guideline produced the commercial architectural floor plans, carefully designed to support the sales process and clearly communicate the project’s layout and potential to investors and end clients. A corporate brochure was also developed to consolidate the resort’s vision, values and key selling points. All deliverables were created with a strong focus on visual consistency, clarity of communication and brand value, resulting in a cohesive, sophisticated brand experience aligned with the exclusive setting of Comporta.
