Guideline developed a complete and refined brand identity for the Lisbon Chiado Hotel & Spa, reflecting the elegance, exclusivity, and timeless character expected of a five-star hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Starting with the creative concept and logo design, a cohesive visual language was defined and consistently applied across all brand touchpoints. The project included the design and development of the website, as well as a comprehensive signage system with custom-designed pictograms to ensure clarity, functionality, and visual consistency throughout the hotel. Guideline was also responsible for the development of the hotel’s sub-brands, including Beyond Rooftop Bar and Le SPA. For each sub-brand, we designed the logo, as well as key branded materials such as menus and catalogues, ensuring a strong individual identity while maintaining alignment with the main brand architecture. In addition, we developed the complete stationery system and a range of bespoke branded assets, including card holders, luggage tags, and exterior identification signage. The result is a seamless and sophisticated identity that enhances the guest experience and reinforces the hotel’s premium positioning.
